What we need to book
- Date and time of service
- Your name (*1)
- Hotel name (*2) — or your home address and building name
- Therapist's name
- Course duration
- Room number
- Other special requests or comments
*1 Providing your full name is not mandatory, but please refrain from using an alias, as it may cause issues in reaching your room.
*2 In Tokyo's 23 wards, there are many hotels from the same chain located in close proximity to each other. To avoid confusion, the most accurate option is to give us the hotel's phone number.
We are currently not accepting advance reservations. Please contact us on the day of your reservation.
Dispatch area
We can deliver to any location within the 23 wards of Tokyo. Please note that you will be responsible for the transportation costs. Bamboo Forest therapists can usually arrive at your location within Tokyo's 23 wards within 30 minutes to an hour.
Transport ¥3,000 First time free
Many business hotels in Tokyo require a security key to use the elevators, so the therapist may not be able to come directly to your room. In that case, we will meet you in the hotel lobby, outside the hotel or in front of the elevator. When the therapist arrives, we will let you know by message, so please come and meet the therapist.
Please contact us for areas outside the 23 wards. We may be able to dispatch therapists depending on traffic conditions, therapist availability and transportation costs.
Please note
On-Site Locations
We provide services at your preferred location, such as a hotel or your home within the Tokyo 23 wards. Please prepare a shower, bed, and a quiet environment so that you can relax. We ask for your cooperation in maintaining a quiet atmosphere during the session.
Reservation and Cancellation Policy
We are currently not accepting advance reservations. Please contact us on the day of your reservation. If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as you can. If you cancel after your reservation has been confirmed, a cancellation fee may apply. Cancellation after the reserved start time: 100%. When you reserve, we block availability for other customers and secure work for our therapists, so cancellations can lead to significant losses.
Service Considerations
Our massage services prioritize your health and relaxation. If you have any concerns or requests during the session, please do not hesitate to inform us.
Health and Wellness Check
Before the session begins, we will briefly confirm your current health condition. If you are feeling unwell or have any specific health concerns, please inform us in advance. Our services are not intended for medical purposes but for relaxation.
Payment Methods
Payment is currently cash only (foreign currency is also accepted). Please have cash ready, as payment is required before the treatment begins.
Appointment Timing
If you arrive late for your appointment, the service time may be shortened. Due to the nature of our mobile services, traffic conditions and other appointments may prevent us from starting exactly at the reserved time.
