About Reservations
When making a reservation, the following information is required, so please check in advance.

Many business hotels in Tokyo require a security key to use the elevators, so the therapist may not be able to go directly to your room. In this case, we will contact you when we arrive at the hotel, and you will meet the therapist in the lobby or outside the hotel.
※1 Providing your full name is not mandatory, but please refrain from using an alias, as it may cause issues in reaching your room.
※2 In Tokyo's 23 wards, there are many hotels from the same chain located in close proximity to each other. For example, APA Hotel〈Higashi-Shinjuku Kabukicho〉and its nearby branch APA Hotel〈Higashi-Shinjuku Kabukicho Higashi〉. To avoid any confusion, it would be most accurate to provide us with the hotel's phone number.

We can deliver to any location within the 23 wards of Tokyo. Please note that you will be responsible for the transportation costs.
Bamboo Forest therapists can usually arrive at your location within the 23 wards of Tokyo within 30 minutes to an hour.

On-Site Locations
We provide services at your preferred location, such as a hotel or your home within the Tokyo 23 wards. Please prepare a shower, bed, and a quiet environment so that you can relax. We ask for your cooperation in maintaining a quiet atmosphere during the session. If you have any questions or requests, please feel free to contact us.
Reservation and Cancellation Policy
To provide you with the highest quality of service, we kindly request that you make your reservation as early as possible. If you need to cancel due to unavoidable circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. We strive to be flexible and will do our best to accommodate your schedule, so please rest assured.
However, if you cancel after your reservation has been confirmed, a cancellation fee may apply.
- Cancellation on the day of the appointment: 50%
- Cancellation after the reserved start time: 100%
※When you make a reservation, we block availability for other customers and secure work for our therapists. Therefore, cancellations can lead to significant losses. We kindly ask for your understanding regarding the application of a cancellation fee and recommend booking your appointment with sufficient flexibility in your schedule to avoid any issues.

Health and Wellness Check
Your safety is our top priority. Before the session begins, we will briefly confirm your current health condition. If you are feeling unwell or have any specific health concerns, please inform us in advance so that we can take appropriate measures. Please also note that our services are not intended for medical purposes but are for relaxation.
Payment Methods
We accept cash and major credit cards. Payment is required before the treatment begins. For smooth service, if you have any questions regarding payment methods, please inform us in advance.
Appointment Timing
If you arrive late for your appointment, the service time may be shortened, so please allow sufficient time to arrive. We will do our best to accommodate your schedule; however, due to the nature of our mobile services, traffic conditions and other customers' appointments may prevent us from starting exactly at the reserved time. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Inappropriate Requests
To ensure that all customers have a comfortable experience, we do not accept any requests that fall outside the scope of our services. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a respectful environment.
Sexual Harassment
To ensure the safety and peace of mind of both customers and staff, any form of sexual harassment inside the room is strictly prohibited. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a professional environment.
Violence, Threats, and Abusive Language
We do not tolerate any form of violence, threats, or abusive language. To ensure a safe and relaxing space, we kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation.
Service Under the Influence of Alcohol or Drugs
We do not provide services to customers under the influence of alcohol or drugs, as this may compromise the safety of the treatment. Your health and safety are our top priority, and we appreciate your cooperation.
Regarding Service Content
Our services do not include any sexual activities. Additionally, if any inappropriate behavior or conduct occurs during the session, we may terminate the service and refuse future appointments. Depending on the situation, we may also immediately report the incident to the police. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation in advance.
Forcing or Requesting Contact Information from the Therapist
We strictly prohibit any attempts to force or request personal contact information from our therapists. To protect the privacy and safety of our therapists, we will address any such behavior with strict measures. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation.
No Recording or Photography
Recording or taking photos during the session is prohibited to protect privacy. To ensure a comfortable and relaxing experience, we kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation.
Unauthorized Physical Contact
Please refrain from unnecessary physical contact with the staff during the session. We value a relaxing environment where both customers and staff can feel comfortable.
Promise
Collection and Use of Personal Information
At our store, we collect your name (full name is not required), contact information (such as your SNS account), and the address for service visits to provide you with the best possible service. This information is used for confirming reservations, contacting you during service delivery, and processing payments.
Sharing and Disclosure of Information
